Don’t miss this year’s fall series on workplace communication. Good communication is crucial for an organization to be effective. We’ll learn from experts on communication statistics, tools to get your point across better, generations, trends, and finally we’ll pull it all together. Attend individual sessions or all three to get the biggest benefit !

Part One: Workforce Communication 101
Part Two: The Expanding Generational Gap, Shifts & Trends
Part Three: Best Practices

Part One: Workforce Communication 101 - Have you ever had a conversation that didn’t go as planned ? Have you ever been nervous about a happy hour with your coworkers ?

Would you like to know more about how to communicate with the people in the cubicle next to you ? At this first session we will focus on the basics – what you need to know to survive communicating at the office.
